a. Organization orientation background:
Support In Nepal (Sin) is a non – Governmental, Non-profit making, Non-religious, Non-political and service- oriented National level organization that was established in 1997 since then it has been working in the field social.
Primarily SIN is committed to work in the filed of woman, children, and people from marginalized community. It has kept a track record history of experience in education, advocacy, Education, sanitation, vocational training, human rights, through effective social mobilization process and active participation of community people and groups, organization development, human resources development and training. Beside SIN works for poverty reduction through the skill based vocational trainings and the sensitization of community on fundamental rights through the community mobilization process. Developmental research is another working area of SIN.

SIN is working in the selected district of Nepal aiming to contribute to fulfill its definite goal and objectives. Support In Nepal has its head office in Kathmandu Nayabazar-16 House no 87 khashibu town planning, Branch office in Dhading Sankosh-1 Aapsawara and Dhola-9 saunepani. 
SIN has it’s governing body of 9 members that tenure for 3 years with AGM. Along with this, SIN has made a compulsory provision of the inclusion of dalit and ethnically back warded people in its executive body. It works with its administrative and financial regulation and visioning.
b. VMGO
Vision:
SIN envisions the relationship of all towards better living conditions, healthy & fair society, social justice and the preservation human right for the establishment of dignified human life.
Mission:
Create self-sustained society through integrated programs based on local resources management and mobilization, focusing to empowerment, equal participation of all who respect social values, human rights and social justice.
Goal
Strengthen capacity of individuals and organizations to organize, empower and mobilize community in bringing positive social change especially of woman and children on the issue of human right, economic opportunities and social justice through equitable and sustainable community development through trickle down approach
Organizational Objective   
To uplift socio economic status of community people especially woman, children memorialized and disadvantaged people and people living difficult circumstance. The specific objectives are to Work with community people and empower them to fulfill their basic need. Rise awareness and help community people specially woman, children, youth and  disadvantaged\group people to take active participation in other in their education (Formal and non formal )

Right base advocacy, gender equality and equity, Social justice and good governance related activities. Helps to increase income of woman, youth and disadvantage people by vocational training and different IG activities. Mobilize community people specially youth groups and in awareness campaign, extracurricular activities and other social works. Enhance capacity and efficiency of community groups and local organizations in planning coordination and implementation of self help development activities. Support local government I/NGO and other development actors in enhancing good coordination, networking and advocacy for good governance and sustainable development at the local/district and national level. Form and activate concern group and works for their capacity building.

Lobbying and advocacy for human rights, peace and social transformation.

Work for disaster management and drinking water supply and sanitation.

Campaign for social justice.       

c. Strategy for VMGO:

Through community based organizations/ village groups (woman, youth, mothers, parents, user groups and management committee and so on) Active participation of all collaboration with GOs / NGOs and to develop a networking among local partners.

Promotional and strengthening of volunteerism and their capacity building for the sustainability of program interventions

Participatory / planning system ( bottom up process by the stakeholders)

e. Programs:


1. Health Program

Free Health Camp programs at various place of Nepal: Support In Nepal (SIN) is going to conduct free mobile health camp ( Gynecological, medical and Dental) at Sankosh VDC, Bairani VDC, Pinda VDC, Benighat VDC, Khalte VDC of Dhading District, remote village & holy place of Nepal Gosainkunda at Russa District. And at Kathmandu jeetpur phadi -1 in the compound of Tarkeshor vidya Kung the program hold on 2008 & 2009 with the support of different pharmaceutical (Medicine factory) and other individuals donors from various sector. All together 15000 patients from surroundings VDCS.

Family Health Awareness at majhuwa pipaltar:

We, Support In Nepal (SIN) is starting 2nd phase of the project. Majhuwa pipaltar is one of the very remote communities of maidee VDC which is beside of Budhi Gandaki River. It took 2 hours by jeep while walking might take 5 hours from dhading Bensi. There are around 200 household, among them, 84 are kumal family. People are illiterate. Especially Our focus of the program is Health & Hygiene, sanitation and mobile clinical service by MBBS and MD Doctors from Kathmandu and also Dhading Hospital staff like CMA (Community Medical Assistance) and H.A ( Health Assistance).

2. School Support Program:

Higher Education Support Program: 

Out of three students who appeared for SLC in 2008, only one student Mr. Krishna Badhur Nepali has pass in SLC examination in first division with full scholarship program by Government school of Dhading District Sankosh VDC 1 Shree Sankosh Secondary School with the Help of Support In Nepal (SIN) Nepal. He has obtained 64.12% marks in the examination support in Nepal is ready to support for his two years higher education program.

Support Computers in remote Government School in Dhading:

Support In Nepal (SIN) has distribute computers in the remote school of dhading district Sankosh VDC-1 Shree Sankosh Secondary School. With the help of social worker Mr. Krishna Prasad Bhattari by his Personal Donation

Community Based Alternative Schooling Program:

Support In Nepal has plan to Support farming education for farmer and also giving formal education for farmer who have even no knowledge of add and subtract. If we have give them this type of education then they can account by them self what they have production and selling. 


3. Environmental Support Program:

Support Environmental Education in village: 

Support in Neapl has working for support of the Environmental issue by giving the knowledge disadvantage and advantage of Forestation to the villagers, students, by drama, song, & culture program in the various place of dhading district.
